Position Overview

The successful candidate will assist in ensuring the timely availability of materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting efficient

supply chain operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

 Support procurement processes.

 Prepare purchase requisitions and orders.

 Follow up supplier deliveries.

 Maintain procurement records.

 Assist in inventory management.

 Conduct stock counts and reconciliations.

 Update inventory management systems.

 Coordinate receipt and issuance of materials.• Support warehouse operations.

 Maintain supplier documentation.

 Prepare procurement and inventory reports.

 Monitor stock reorder levels.

 Assist in logistics coordination.

 Ensure compliance with procurement procedures.

 Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

 Diploma Supply Chain Management.

 CIPS Qualification Advantage.

 Two Years Experience.

 Procurement Experience Preferred.

 Inventory Management Knowledge.

 Warehouse Operations Skills.

 ERP Systems Knowledge.

 Microsoft Excel Skills.

 Record Keeping Skills.

 Communication Skills.
