Position Overview

 The successful candidates will play a key role in maintaining sanitation standards and supporting efficient kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

 Wash kitchen utensils and equipment.

 Clean food preparation areas.

 Maintain cleanliness of dining areas.

 Dispose of kitchen waste appropriately.

 Organize kitchen equipment and storage areas.

 Support food preparation activities.

 Receive and store cleaning supplies.

 Replenish cleaning materials.

 Ensure compliance with hygiene standards.

 Operate cleaning equipment safely.

 Report maintenance issues promptly.

Support catering teams during service.

 Maintain sanitation records where required.

 Follow health and safety procedures.

 Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

 KCSE Certificate Minimum.

 Food Handling Certificate.

 Hospitality Experience Preferred.

 Kitchen Steward Experience.

 Hygiene Standards Knowledge.

 Physical Fitness Required.

 Teamwork Skills.

 Good Communication Skills.

 Customer Service Orientation.
