Customer Relationship Executive (needs language skills in both Chinese and English)
Part-Time | Weekday Afternoons & Evenings / Weekends Location: Serene Centre (Jalan Serene, Bukit Timah)
What You’ll Do
- Ensure smooth day-to-day centre and class operations
- Welcome and assist walk-in visitors and handle phone enquiries professionally
- Provide clear and warm course consultation to parent
- Handle customer feedback and follow through to resolution
- Liaise with teachers and parents on student progress in both English and Chinese
- Handles administrative tasks: student enrolment, fee collection, class scheduling, preparation of materials, etc.
- Support in marketing and programme ideation
- Maintain centre cleanliness and upkeep of the centre
What You’ll Bring
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking ability, proactiveness and positive attitude
- Confident communication and excellent service mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.), Canva
- Bilingual: Comfortable communicating in both English and Mandarin
- Able to work on weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends
- Diploma in Administration, Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
- 1–2 years of relevant customer service, education centre, or front-desk experience an advantage
