📢 HIRING: TEMP / PART-TIME HR ASSISTANT | $14/HR

Looking for a flexible HR opportunity with weekday working hours? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

• 📍 Location: Tuas
• 🚌 Company Transport Provided: Pick-up/drop-off at Choa Chu Kang & Lakeside
• 💰 Pay: $14/hour
• 📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday
• ⏰ Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 🗓️ Commitment: Approximately 3 days per week , scheduled by Manager based on operational requirements
• 📄 Contract: Up to 1 year; minimum 6-month commitment
• 🚀 Start Date: Immediate / ASAP

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

• Support daily HR operations and general HR administration
• Assist with work pass applications, renewals and cancellations
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
• Support payroll processing, data entry, verification and reporting
• Assist with HRMS-related administrative matters
• Coordinate employee training, course scheduling and related administration
• Support procurement of office stationery and pantry supplies
• Assist with meetings, company events and employee engagement activities
• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and assist with ad-hoc HR projects

⭐ What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in HR support, HR administration or related functions
• Familiarity with HRMS / payroll systems ; Infotech System experience is advantageous
• Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and HR practices
• Experience with work pass administration would be advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Able to commit for at least 6 months
• Candidates who can commence immediately or at short notice are welcome
