Operations Analyst

Responsibilities:

Preparing/processing product triggers based on approved instructions Tracking quantities contracted, triggered, loaded, delivered, and outstanding Tracking outstanding supplier quantities, balances, and obligations. Reconciling supplier invoices and transaction records. Calculating/compiling product landed costs. Capturing freight, premiums, agency, inspection, demurrage and other applicable transaction costs. Supporting transaction-level P&L and margin analysis. Comparing estimated vs. actual transaction economics and identifying variances. Supporting market and product pricing analysis as required. Preparing Excel-based reports, models and trackers. Maintaining open-trade and completed-trade schedules/registers. Following up with relevant teams for information required to complete transactions. Flagging trade-execution discrepancies, exceptions and material cost/margin variances 

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience  Strong Excel and numerical ability with a very high willingness to learn.
