We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Junior Warehouse Team Leader to support daily warehouse operations and guide the warehouse team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support daily warehouse activities
- Guide warehouse assistants on daily work and ensure tasks are completed properly
- Receive, check and arrange incoming goods
- Pick, pack, load and unload goods
- Check stock and ensure inventory accuracy
- Update balance stock and provide stock information to the admin office
- Conduct regular stock counts
- Operate forklift to move fresh vegetables and finished goods to the chiller
- Ensure proper storage and organisation of goods
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety and good housekeeping
- Assist with other warehouse duties when required
Requirements
- Relevant warehouse / store experience
- Valid Singapore forklift licence preferred
- Hands-on forklift operating experience
- Good knowledge of stock checking and inventory control
- Able to handle basic stock records and communicate stock information accurately
- Comfortable with hands-on warehouse work
- Responsible, reliable and a good team player
- Food manufacturing / food warehouse experience is an advantage
