Showroom Sales Consultant (Indoor & Outdoor)

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom with design & product advice.
• Build strong relationships and follow up with leads & inquiries.
• Achieve sales targets and deliver great customer experiences.
• Stay updated on interior & outdoor living trends.
• Keep the showroom attractive and organized.
• Conduct occasional client home visits for design consultations.

Qualifications

• Education: GCE 'O' Level / Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia or equivalent.
• Experience: Background in sales, interior design, or home décor is preferred.
• Language: Fluency in Chinese is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
• Availability: Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
