*Job Overview*

We are looking for an energetic Dishwasher to join our fast-paced restaurant team. The dishwasher has daily duties and responsibilities essential to keeping our restaurant working at an optimal pace.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Clean and sanitize pots, pans, and utensils continuously.
• Clean work surfaces, cutting boards, and tools regularly.
• Assist the chefs with miscellaneous tasks such as rinsing, peeling and cutting vegetables; prepare meat, poultry, and seafood before cooking.
• Unpack deliveries and place items in refrigerators or freezers using FIFO (first-in, first-out).
• Empty trash cans and keep floors clean and dry.
• Work closely with kitchen and fellow staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

*Qualifications* *and Experience*

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Capability to lift, push, or pull moderate weight, often up to 40 or 50 pounds.
• Must be authorized to work in BC.
• BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required?training will be provided.
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen protocols is a bonus.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
