Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administrations, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in tenant relations, customer services, or property management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to speak English with customers
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to details.
• Positive attitude and a passion for Customer Services/Tenant Relations.
• Experienced in Property Background.
• Willing to be placed at Tangerang selatan.

Job Description :

• Proactively communicate with tenants regarding property updates, maintenance schedules, and important notices.
• Identify and address tenant issues and complaints effectively.
• Build strong relationships with tenants through personalized interactions and exceptional services.
• Assist with lease administration tasks, include lease renewals, lease enforcement, and rent collections.
• Collaborate with property management to create a positive and welcoming community environment.
