E-Commerce Fulfillment Executive

Key Responsibilities Process and fulfill daily e-commerce orders accurately and promptly.

Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.

Coordinate with logistics providers for timely deliveries.

Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment.

Perform stock counts and inventory reconciliation.

Ensure warehouse cleanliness and operational efficiency.

Support other warehouse and fulfillment duties as assigned.

Ensure order accuracy and maintain fulfillment KPIs.

Handle returned parcels, exchanges, and damaged goods.

Coordinate with customer service teams regarding order matters and delivery issues.

Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, or order processing.

Familiar with online marketplace or e-commerce order management processes.

Detail-oriented and organized.

Physically fit and able to handle warehouse-related work.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.
