Job Summary

Join Speech Academy Asia – Novena Branch as a freelance trainer delivering weekly Saturday sessions. Engage small groups of children and teens in speech and presentation coaching using a structured curriculum and receive ongoing support to develop your coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging speech and presentation training to small groups of children and teens on Saturdays
• Use provided comprehensive lesson plans and materials to focus on coaching presence and student development
• Collaborate with an experienced buddy coach for onboarding, classroom guidance, and practical support
• Foster student confidence and communication skills through clear and confident English instruction
• Manage flexible timeslots to accommodate professional and personal commitments
• Contribute to a culture of quality coaching and measurable student growth within an award-winning training environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Clear and confident English communication skills
• Passion for guiding children and teens in communication and confidence development
• Ability to work within a structured and reputable training platform
• No prior teaching experience required; training and support provided
