Project Director

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead and manage large-scale construction projects in India. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, timelines, and budget. This leadership role requires strategic planning, team coordination, and effective stakeholder communication to drive successful project outcomes.

Project Scope: PMC for High Rise Residential Buildings project Locations: Mumbai- Dharavi- Mother Dairy, Mahim, Matunga

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
• Coordinate and supervise multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and government authorities to facilitate smooth project operations.
• Monitor project progress, prepare regular reports, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Manage project risks and resolve any issues that arise promptly to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project performance and team productivity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience (minimum 25 years) in managing large construction High Rise projects- including residential/ mixed projects with successful delivery,

Must be hands on with Aluform or Precast based shuttering projects

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams.
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve complex problems efficiently.
• Familiarity with local construction codes and regulations in India is essential.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite
