Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Cost Estimator, Cost Control, or similar role.
  • Strong ability to prepare quantity take-offs, BOQ, cost estimations, and project budget reports.
  • Good understanding of construction methods, materials, drawings, specifications, and project cost components.
  • Able to read and interpret architectural drawings, structural drawings, MEP drawings, engineering drawings, and construction details.
  • Experience in villa, hospitality, residential, commercial, or construction projects will be considered an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to prepare clear cost calculations and comparison reports.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design/drawing software will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing quantities, prices, and project costs.
  • Able to coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, project teams, construction teams, procurement, finance, contractors, vendors, and management.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet reporting or submission deadlines.
  • Organized, responsible, disciplined, and able to manage multiple cost-related tasks at the same time.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to receive feedback and make revisions when required.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Professional attitude with strong responsibility, discipline, and work ethic.

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimations, Bills of Quantity, budget calculations, and cost breakdowns based on architectural, structural, MEP, and construction drawings.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents to identify material requirements, work quantities, and cost implications.
  • Prepare and update project budget reports, cost plans, and cost control documentation.
  • Review and compare contractor, vendor, and supplier quotations to ensure pricing accuracy and cost efficiency.
  • Support procurement activities by preparing cost comparisons, material quantity requirements, and vendor evaluation summaries.
  • Review contractor progress claims, payment requests, variation orders, and additional work claims.
  • Monitor project costs against the approved budget and identify any cost overruns, discrepancies, or potential financial risks.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, project teams, construction teams, procurement, finance, contractors, vendors, and management regarding cost-related matters.
  • Assist in preparing tender documents, quotation requests, contractor comparisons, and supporting documents for management review.
  • Maintain organized records of BOQ, cost estimates, quotations, progress claims, payment documentation, variation orders, and project cost reports.
  • Provide cost-related clarification and support to the project and construction teams when required.
  • Ensure all cost calculations, reports, and project documentation are accurate, clear, and properly recorded.
  • Work within project timelines and ensure all cost reports, BOQ, and related documents are completed according to priority and deadline.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all Company, client, investor, project, financial, procurement, and construction-related information.
