Factory Supervisor
Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Factory Supervisor to join our manufacturing / carpentry factory team.
The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily factory operations, coordinating workers, monitoring production progress, ensuring work quality, and making sure production tasks are completed safely and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily factory production and carpentry / manufacturing operations.
- Arrange and coordinate workers’ daily duties and production tasks.
- Monitor production progress and ensure work is completed according to schedule.
- Check product quality and ensure finished items meet company requirements.
- Coordinate with project, sales, installation and management teams on production matters.
- Ensure materials, tools and equipment are properly used and maintained.
- Monitor workplace safety and ensure workers follow company safety rules.
- Assist in solving production issues and improving work efficiency.
- Report daily work progress, manpower issues and production problems to management.
- Maintain good discipline, housekeeping and order in the factory.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant experience in factory supervision, carpentry, furniture production, renovation, construction or manufacturing will be an advantage.
- Able to supervise workers and coordinate production work independently.
- Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to read basic drawings, measurements and production requirements.
- Responsible, hands-on and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to communicate with workers and internal teams effectively.
- Able to work overtime when required.
