Your new role

This commercial litigation solicitor role will see you handle a real breadth of commercial litigation work. This will include shareholder and partnership disputes and mainstream contractual litigation. The firm has a well established client base that includes a mix of larger corporates as well as SMEs. You will work with partners and colleagues across the whole team and will have the opportunity to play an active role in business development initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a commercial litigation lawyer at NQ level or operating up to and including Senior Associate level. With a commercial and pragmatic approach, you should be a good communicator.
