Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities:

Lead financial management, reporting, budgeting, payroll, treasury, audits, and compliance. Ensure compliance with Nigerian tax laws, FIRS/LIRS, CAMA, and IFRS standards. Drive investor sourcing, fundraising, negotiations, and investor relations. Support strategic planning and business growth.

Requirements:

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, ACA/ACCA/CPA. A minimum of 4 years’ finance experience. Leadership, financial modelling, and investor relations expertise.
