Growth and Product Analytics Lead

London (Office-based - 5 days per week) Salary: Up to £180,000 + Excellent Benefits A high-growth technology business is looking for a Growth Analytics Lead to join, working directly with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive strategic, data-led decision making. This is a rare opportunity for a commercially minded analytics leader to own the insights behind growth, product and go-to-market strategy. Rather than producing reports or dashboards, you'll identify opportunities, build solutions, influence business decisions and measure their impact. What you'll be doing Own analytics across product, commercial and growth initiatives

Identify opportunities to improve customer activation, adoption and retention

Deliver insights on pricing, monetisation and expansion opportunities

Design and analyse product experiments

Build robust analytics using SQL, dbt and modern data platforms

Translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders

Partner closely with leadership to shape company strategy

What we're looking for Strong experience in Growth, Product or Commercial Analytics

Hands-on technical skills with SQL and modern analytics tools

Proven ability to influence commercial outcomes through data

Experience within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
