Metallurgy Officer

Responsibilities:

Conduct chemical and physical analysis of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products. Assist in laboratory testing and analysis of metals and metal-related materials. Collect and prepare samples for laboratory testing. Perform routine chemical tests in accordance with established procedures. Record, analyze, and maintain accurate laboratory and test results. Support quality control activities throughout the production process. Monitor material composition and identify deviations from required specifications. Assist in investigating quality issues and production-related material variations. Ensure proper handling, storage, labeling, and disposal of laboratory chemicals and samples.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong understanding of basic chemistry, laboratory procedures, and analytical techniques. Basic knowledge of metals, alloys, material composition, and quality testing is an advantage. Ability to accurately conduct tests, record results, and interpret basic analytical data. Good knowledge of laboratory safety and chemical handling procedures. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
