COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

The Community Relations (COMREL) Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships between the company and host communities, local government units, community organizations, indigenous/community stakeholders, and other external partners. The position leads community engagement, social development, stakeholder coordination, and community-based programs to support the company’s operations, social license, and corporate objectives.

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Community Development, Social Sciences, Development Communication, Public Administration, Business Administration, Agriculture, Environmental Management, or a related field. Preferably with 5 years or more of relevant experience, including experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
