Special Event - Executive Driver - Fredericksburg, TX - 9/25-26

H2 Event Group is seeking experienced executive drivers to assist with transportation of clients to / from designated locations affiliated with a large professional racing event in Fredericksburg, Texas

Candidate Expectations: Maintain a positive and professional attitude and appearance while transporting VIP clients to various designated locations. 

Working Dates: Start Date: 09/25/2026 (half day) End Date: 09/26/2026 Total: 1.5 days of work

Daily Schedule/Hours: 14 consecutive hours on full working days *additional information regarding start times each day will be provided closer to the event and/or the evening before 

Vehicle Type: SUV / Sedan

Professional Appearance Expectations and Uniform Information

Professional Appearance Expectations *All clothing should be cleaned, ironed and free of rips, stains and tears *Jewelry is permitted, however facial piercings during working hours are NOT permitted

Uniform Information Men: business - white button-down shirt, dress pants, neutral color tie and black dress shoes Women: business - white button-down shirt, black dress pants and black dress shoes

Additional Position Requirements *Background check is required *check-in and check-out process to be performed daily *vehicles can be taken home each night (for multi-day positions) *accommodations and travel will not be provided

Compensation Information $350 per day on full working days
