2026 - Racing Event, Austin, Texas - Executive Driver - Mini Van

H2 Event Group is seeking experienced executive drivers to assist with transportation of clients to/from designated locations affiliated with a large professional racing event in Austin, Texas.

Candidate Expectations: Maintain a positive, professional attitude and appearance while transporting VIP clients to designated locations. 

Working Dates: Thursday, 10/22:  Three-hour training & Vehicle Pickup — $75 Friday, 10/23: Full Day Saturday, 10/24: Full Day Sunday, 10/25: Full Day + Vehicle Return Post-Shift

Daily Schedule/Hours: 14 consecutive hours each day

• Additional information regarding start times each day will be provided closer to the event and/or the evening before

Vehicle Type: Mini - Van *Vehicle type will be determined and discussed during the interview process

Professional Appearance Expectations and Uniform Information

Professional Appearance Expectations *All clothing should be cleaned, ironed and free of rips, stains and tears *Jewelry is permitted, however facial piercings during working hours are NOT permitted

Uniform Information Men: Black polo shirt, black pants, and black dress shoes. Women: Black polo shirt, black pants, and black dress shoes.

Additional Position Requirements *Background check is required *check-in and check-out process to be performed daily

• Vehicles can be taken home each night (for multi-day positions)
