Press Assistant Manager

1.Strictly comply with the company's rules, regulations, and departmental requirements. 2.Implement the company's policies effectively while promoting continuous improvement and efficient management in accordance with ISO standards. 3.Plan, supervise, and control production operations, including problem-solving, to ensure compliance with the company's requirements. 4.Define the roles, responsibilities, and job descriptions of production staff and operators. 5.Plan and approve working hours and overtime for production staff and operators. 6.Monitor and supervise the training of new employees, skill enhancement programs, and employee development progress, as well as assist in preparing training documentation. 7.Review and monitor the preparation and maintenance of production-related documents used within the department, such as Work Instructions (WI), Quality Points (Q Point), Operation Standards (OPS), and other related documents. 8.Report production line stoppages caused by various issues, provide instructions to employees during abnormal situations, and periodically report the progress and corrective actions to management. 9.Coordinate with relevant departments to plan the utilization of machinery, manpower, and raw materials. 10.Improve and develop production processes to reduce manufacturing defects and waste while increasing production efficiency to achieve the company's targets. 11.Plan and manage departmental safety activities, monitor and follow up on safety performance, and coordinate with the company's Safety Officer to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications: Male age between 35 – 45 Years old. Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field Good leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and team management skills. Has at least 5 years of working experience in an automotive parts manufacturing.(Press) Good understanding of manufacturing standards and management systems such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other related standards. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and Continuous Improvement methodologies is an advantage. Good command of English (spoken and written). Japanese language skills will be an advantage. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
