Assistant Welding Manager

• Implement company policies and objectives to ensure effective operations and continuous improvement.

• Maintain and improve quality management systems in compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

• Control production processes and ensure product quality meets customer requirements for key automotive customers, including Honda (Tier 1), MMTh, Toyota, Isuzu, Nissan, and Hino.

• Ensure production readiness and support smooth manufacturing operations.

• Analyze product defects, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

• Coordinate with relevant departments regarding quality-related issues.

• Resolve quality problems and prevent the recurrence of product defects.

• Promote employee awareness of customer requirements and quality standards.

• Monitor and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions within the department.

• Follow up on and evaluate operational performance within the department.

• Report departmental performance and operational results to management on a regular basis.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor and participate in company activities.

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and occupational health & safety requirements.

• Conduct risk and opportunity assessments related to departmental activities.

• Apply the Process Approach and ensure proper consideration of customer and interested-party requirements.

Qualifications: Male 35-48 Years old , Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related fields. At least 5 years of experience in welding, manufacturing, or production processes. Experience in automotive manufacturing is preferred. Basic knowledge of welding processes and quality control. Able to read engineering drawings and production documents. Experience in supervising operators or production staff is an advantage. Good problem-solving and coordination skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Good attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn. Basic English communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Able to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and production requirements. Experience in welding operations within the automotive industry will be an advantage.
