Cost Manager

Develop and implement cost management frameworks, policies, and procedures across multiple business units

Monitor and analyze cost performance, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions

Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and detailed cost estimates

Establish and maintain cost control systems ensuring data accuracy and integrity

Conduct cost audits and risk assessments to identify inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities

Collaborate with finance, operations, and procurement teams to align cost strategies with business objectives

Support procurement and contract management through cost analysis and recommendations

Prepare detailed financial reports and present insights to senior management

Lead, manage, and develop the cost control team, ensuring high performance and capability building

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost efficiency and operational performance

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and industry standards

7–10 years of experience in cost field

A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a managerial or team leadership role.

Proven experience in F&B and FMCG industries is a must

Previous experience managing and leading teams is essential

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with high attention to detail

Advanced knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

Experience with ERP systems and cost management tools

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach

High level of integrity and professionalism
