Master's degree.

Budgetary responsibility:

• $500,001 - $1,500,000.
• $1,500,001 - $4,000,000.

Tasks:

• Assign engineering projects to engineers or other technical workers .
• Consult with clients to determine project needs.
• Coordinate work activities to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets.
• Direct and control daily operations .
• Evaluate daily operations .
• Plan and control budget and expenditures.
• Plan and organize daily operations.
• Establish and implement policies and procedures for engineering work.
• Hire, train, direct and motivate staff.
• Manage contracts.
• Leading/instructing groups.
• Work with customers, architects and engineers regarding plans and specifications.
• Oversee the operation of company.
• Maintain and build own clientele.

Supervision:

11-15 people. Staff in various areas of responsibility.
