Key Responsibilities: Greeting and seating guests, presenting menus and wine lists, and taking orders accurately and efficiently Providing menu recommendations and answering questions about menu items and ingredients Maintaining a clean and organized dining area, ensuring all tables are set to a high standard Delivering food and drinks to tables, ensuring quality and presentation are maintained to our high standards Handling customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude at our restaurant Maintaining a deep understanding of our menu and wine list, and keeping up-to-date with changes and promotions Requirements: 1+ years of experience as a service crew in a busy restaurant environment A friendly, positive, and professional demeanour with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure in a busy restaurant Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for presentation and quality Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
