Responsibilities:

Generating and converting leads Building investor and client relationships Creating and managing property listings Managing social media and campaigns Coordinating guest stays and operations. Liaising with cleaners Maintenance and admin Scheduling viewings Maintaining the CRM Supporting business development.

Requirements:

A minimum of a degree in a related field A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service or real estate. strong communication and negotiation, confidence with investors, social media experience, strong organisation and multitasking. CRM is a plus. Self-motivated and target-driven.
