Identify, source, and attract qualified candidates through online channels, networking, and referrals. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for roles. Match candidates to client requirements and ensure timely submission of profiles. Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring client needs. Collaborate with the Work Gratitude recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction.
