plumbing foreman

Position: Plumbing Team Foreman

Location: Nairobi, Kenya

Job Summary

We are a well-established real estate developer with over 10 years operating in Nairobi. Due to business expansion, we are hiring a Plumbing Team Foreman. We have plumbing workers on-site and require an experienced leader to manage the crew and oversee all plumbing works.

Main Duties

1. Supervise and allocate daily tasks for plumbing workers

1. Interpret plumbing drawings and supervise pipe installation, water & drainage works

1. Monitor construction quality, work progress and material usage

1. Enforce site safety rules for the team

1. Coordinate with engineers and other work groups; submit regular site updates

Requirements

1. Proven experience as plumbing foreman on building construction sites

1. Able to read plumbing construction drawings

1. Good team leadership and on-site problem-solving capability

1. Conversational English; basic Swahili preferred

1. Responsible and familiar with construction site safety standards
