• Experience: Min. 1–2 years in field sales / promoter / in-store activation; retail, telco or FMCG preferred
• Education: Min. SMA/SMK; Diploma/S1 is an advantage
• Presentation: Confident, well-groomed, energetic, and persuasively communicative
• Interpersonal: Strong relationship-building skills with store owners and channel partners
• Mindset: Target-driven, disciplined in reporting, and adaptable to campaign

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Responsible for achieving sales targets within the assigned area.
• Conduct store visits and ensure proper area coverage.
• Drive productivity and improve the sales attach rate.
• Execute sales and promotional activities at the store level.
• Prepare regular activity and sales performance reports.
