Mechanical Engineer

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment and production machinery.

Diagnose mechanical faults and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.

Inspect machinery, identify potential failures, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.

Monitor equipment performance and ensure optimal operating conditions.

Participate in the installation, commissioning, and modification of mechanical equipment.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, spare parts, and equipment history.

Coordinate with production teams to plan and execute maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.

Monitor spare parts consumption and coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure the availability of critical spare parts.

Ensure compliance with company policies, occupational health and safety regulations, and maintenance procedures.

Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, reduce maintenance costs, and enhance operational efficiency.

Support root cause analysis of recurring mechanical failures and implement preventive solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

1–3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in Textile Industry.

Good knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.

Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Good command of Microsoft Office.

Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and follow applicable safety procedures.
