Quality Assurance Analyst

At Gold Berry , we are looking for a Turkish-speaking Supplier Quality Control Specialist based in Egypt to visit our supplier factories, monitor production, and verify product quality on our behalf. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in frozen fruit and vegetable production or quality control, particularly frozen strawberries . Fluency in Turkish is essential, and Arabic proficiency would be a strong advantage. A degree in food engineering, food science, or a related field is preferred. The role would involve: On-site production monitoring: Inspecting raw materials, processing conditions, hygiene practices, and compliance with our product specifications.

Foreign material prevention: Reviewing sorting operations, optical sorters, metal detector checks, and corrective actions.

Sampling and documentation: Collecting representative samples, reviewing certificates of analysis, and checking lot identification and traceability.

Loading supervision and reporting: Checking product temperature, packaging, labeling, and container conditions, and providing clear reports with photos to our quality team in Turkey.

We need someone who can identify and address issues during production—not simply inspect the finished goods before shipment . The person must work independently of the suppliers and report directly to Gold Berry. Any suspect or nonconforming lot should be placed on hold pending review and release by our quality team.
