SALES & MARKETING ASSISTANT

The Sales Assistant is responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service. The position assists customers with product inquiries, processes sales transactions, maintains product displays, and helps ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the sales department or branch.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a related role is an advantage but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Basic knowledge of sales processes and cash handling procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
