Senior Maintenance Engineer

The Senior Engineer should undertake scheduled maintenance, management of outsourced maintenance contracts, signing out new maintenance contracts, manage FM staff needs (tools / uniforms / spare parts), respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults, supervise technical staff, manage maintenance vendors, manage maintenance budget.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Engineering .

Special Certification or Training Required: N/A

Required Industry Experience: 7 years of experience (at least 5 years in facility maintenance)

Technological Requirements: AutoCAD, MS Excel

Language Requirements: Very Good English
