Architectural Coordinator

Key Responsibilities/Duties Collaborating with the M&E Team for coordination on RCP, CSD, and Interfacing during the finishing stage Managing architectural subcontractor shop drawing and material submissions Preparing RI & TOP and submitting to authorities Compiling As-Built plans Overseeing inspection and supervision of the Mock-up and QA/QC processes Planning and executing signage installation for internal and external workshops Requirements 5 years of working experience in architectural finishing work Good interpersonal skills, meticulous, independent, and a team player Candidates with Architectural CONQUAS experiences, knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations, and familiar with local standard quality implementation will be an added advantage
