Senior Associate – Tax & Trusts | Private Wealth

Location: Thames Valley Salary: £80,000–£90,000 + excellent benefits and hybrid working

Our client is seeking a Senior Associate specialising in tax and trusts to join its established Private Wealth team. This is an opportunity to work with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families and estates, including those valued at £100m+, advising on sophisticated wealth planning and complex tax matters.

The role will suit an experienced Private Client Solicitor with strong technical expertise beyond traditional wills and probate work.

The role will involve:

• Advising ultra-high-net-worth clients on complex tax and trust matters
• Cross-jurisdictional tax planning and international wealth structuring
• Managing complex estates and high-value succession planning
• Advising on the creation, administration and restructuring of trusts
• Developing long-term client relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families and their professional advisers

About you:

• A qualified Solicitor with substantial private client experience
• Strong expertise in tax, trusts and complex wealth planning
• Experience advising ultra-high-net-worth clients and dealing with sophisticated, high-value estates
• Confident handling complex matters requiring technical depth and commercial awareness
