Job Responsibilities

  • Attend to customers, visitors and guests professionally at the front desk.
  • Handle incoming calls, messages and general enquiries.
  • Assist with customer registration, appointments, attendance and other front desk matters.
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, document preparation and record keeping.
  • Maintain accurate customer and administrative records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments on daily operational matters.
  • Assist with preparation of attendance lists, documents and materials for company activities and training programmes.
  • Replenish pantry supplies and stocks every morning to ensure sufficient items are available for daily operations.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate stock records, including monitoring stock levels and reporting items that require replenishment.
  • Ensure pantry and common-use supplies are properly organised and maintained.
  • Maintain a professional and presentable reception area.
  • Provide event and training support when required.
  • Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in reception, front desk, administration or a related role.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-service-oriented, responsible and well-organised.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers from China .
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office , particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Good administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Able to maintain basic stock records and perform routine stock checks.
  • Able to multitask and work independently as well as within a team.
  • Experience in event or training support will be an added advantage.
