Senior Sales Engineer

1. Sales & Business Development

• Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed annual sales targets for GIS, MV/LV Switchgear,

Transformers, and Substation projects.

• Identify New Opportunities: Prospect and approach target customer segments, including EPC

contractors, engineering consultants, and project owners.

• Maintain Client Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with existing accounts to secure repeat

orders and maximize customer lifetime value.

1. Technical Support & Specification

• Execute Spec-In Strategy: Meet with consulting engineers and project owners to present solutions and

secure our brand on approved Vendor Lists or project specs.

• Analyze Technical Needs: Provide expert technical consultation, interpret Single Line Diagrams (SLD),

and review project specifications to deliver optimal engineering solutions.

1. Bidding & Commercial Management

• Develop Proposals: Coordinate closely with internal engineering teams and global/local manufacturing

plants to prepare comprehensive Tender Documents, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and Technical/Commercial Proposals.

• Negotiate & Close Deals: Lead commercial negotiations, manage contract terms, handle risk

assessments, and close sales effectively to ensure high win rates and profitable margins.

Qualifications: Male or Female, Age 26-35 years old Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or related field At least 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development for MV/HV electrical systems. Ability to review customer requirements and specifications, identify project risks, leverage internal and external resources effectively and lead the contract negotiation Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office Good command of both written and spoken English Strong communication and organization skills Ability to align internal teams and external stakeholders Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership Have a driver’s license and own car
