Graduate Management Trainee

Responsibilities:

Participate actively in company training and development programmes. Support business development, marketing, and customer engagement activities. Assist in identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base. Work with team members to achieve assigned goals and targets. Develop leadership, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Prepare reports and contribute ideas for business growth. Take on increasing responsibilities based on performance and demonstrated leadership ability.

Requirements:

Minimum of an HND from a recognized institution. NYSC graduates, serving corps members, and fresh graduates may apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn, grow, and work as part of a team. Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented. No prior management experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
