Interior Designer

Responsibility Involves in managing  High Value Projects  clients from concept to completion Develop  design concepts, space planning, quotations and material selections  aligned with interior intent

Prepare and coordinate  design drawings, 3D visuals, and construction details

Sales and client relationship  driven with story-telling design proposals experience.

Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and preferences, and provide exceptional customer service Collaborate with the design team to conceptualise and create visually appealing, practical and cost-effective interior designs Produce detailed design plans, including floor plans, 3D renderings, and colour schemes Oversee the installation and implementation of design projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standard Understand homeowners’ renovation goals and project requirements Plan space usage and design layouts that enhance functionality and aesthetics Prepare design proposals, quotations, and contracts through our system Develop project timelines and ensure project profitability against costs Coordinate with sub-contractors and suppliers for materials and work arrangements Conduct site visits to monitor renovation progress and quality Ensure smooth project completion and handover to homeowners Support the Team Director on ad-hoc duties when required Uncapped Earning Potential  – Highly lucrative full-commission structure Strong career progression  opportunities in a growing company On-the-job training  & mentorship provided Supportive and collaborative  team environment
