Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Flynn Shop- Manufacturing Salt Lake City, UT $32-$35/hr DOE Job Summary: The Industrial Mechanic will be responsible for ensuring the reliable and safe operation of industrial machinery by performing installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment such as CNC machines, press brakes, punching, shearing machines, motors, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems.  What We Offer Health and dental insurance with partial employer‑paid premiums PTO and paid holidays Company-paid: Vision and Life insurance Employee & family assistance programs Wellness perks, including select gym memberships 401(k) with company match Company‑provided PPE Career advancement opportunities A Day in The Life Performing preventative maintenance on various capital machines including saws, CNC's, press brakes, punches and folders. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems. Repair and upkeep of critical components such as motors, pumps, valves and control systems. Sourcing parts, supplies and services as needed to maintain and repair all shop equipment, power and hand tools. Attend daily shop operations meetings to align priorities and schedules with all departments. Ensure documentation of all maintenance tasks, annual and other mandated equipment inspections and certifications. Maintain excellent organizational and 5S standards for maintenance. Manage relationships with external machine representatives and service providers. Compliance with all Flynn Health and Safety Standards Report to management on misuse of tools and other company property. What you Bring- Qualifications Proficiency with maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a manufacturing environment is required Strong trouble-shooting skills and experience repairing with: CNC press brakes, CNC punches and shearing/folding machines. Ability to read and interpret diagrams, schematics, drawings, manuals and specifications. Manual dexterity and skilled use of power and hand tools. Strong work ethic and positive team attitude Able to work independently and be accountable for schedules and work performed. Solid computer skills (Microsoft applications and similar) Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.  Reliable transportation- daily commute to our branch in Salt Lake City, UT Experience with the following equipment is preferred:   3 to 5 axis aluminum extrusion fabrication CNCs Plate aluminum and steel shearing, punching and folding machines Silicone application pumps Lifting equipment (forklifts, walkies, overhead cranes)
