Account Executive

Job Description:

• Handle and maintain relationships with assigned brands/clients.
• Manage campaign/project execution from brief to delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are on track.
• Be actively involved in pitching, including proposal preparation, coordination, presentation, and follow-up.
• Communicate and coordinate with other entities and C-level/senior stakeholders when needed.
• Handle client feedback, revisions, and day-to-day communication.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a 360° agency.
• Strong client handling and pitching experience.
• Confident communicating with senior/C-level stakeholders.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Willing to stand by and work overtime when needed.
• Willing to work Full WFO in South Jakarta.
