Part-Time Fashion Designer

Floe is a men's premium basics brand in Egypt. In summer 2027 we're launching our first women's line: intimates and loungewear/homewear. We're looking for a designer to shape it from the first sketch to the first production run. What you'll do Define the women's line with the founder: assortment, silhouettes, color palette and price positioning.

Design the collection, including tech packs and technical specs.

Choose fabrics and trims with our sourcing and production team.

Manage sampling: fit sessions, pattern revisions and sample approvals.

Adapt Floe's design language (minimal, premium, comfortable) for a women's customer without losing the brand's identity.

Work to the launch timeline: concept in Q4 2026, samples in Q1 2027, production in Q2, launch in June 2027.

What you're looking for Experience designing women's intimates, loungewear, activewear or knitwear, and a portfolio that shows it.

Strong technical skills: tech packs, patterns and grading, with Illustrator or similar.

Knowledge of knit fabrics, and ideally Modal. Experience working with Egyptian factories is a big plus.

An understanding of fit and sizing for the Egyptian market.

Comfortable working independently, hitting deadlines and giving clear feedback to manufacturers.
