Rider Recruitment Officer

Responsibilities:

Visit okada parks, mechanic clusters, and rider hubs to source candidates Engage riders directly and explain the opportunity clearly Build and maintain strong relationships within rider communities Coordinate interviews Follow up consistently with prospects physically and via phone and WhatsApp Support pipeline monitoring, documentation, and onboarding processes

Requirements:

Experienced motorcycle rider (minimum 3 years' experience) Eager to move into office role with greater responsibility Must own a bike for fieldwork. The company shall bear fuel and maintenance costs. Familiar with Lagos roads and rider environments Well-spoken, confident, and professional in appearance Comfortable interacting with riders in informal settings Highly proactive and able to work independently

  Key Success Indicators:

Active on rider WhatsApp groups and social networks Able to transmit passion and energy Patient and good with people Persistent and effective in follow-up Organized and able to keep track of recruitment activity

  Experience To Be Gained:

Hands-on experience in Human Resource operations Logistics operations and field recruitment Deep exposure to Lagos’ mobility and delivery ecosystem Opportunity to grow into broader operations or fleet management roles
