Data Support Sales (CVS Channel) - 30K - 45K

Data Management & Analysis :

• Collect, clean, and analyze sales data from 7-Eleven and other CVS partners to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance, promotions, pricing, and distribution KPIs.
• Support demand planning and sales forecasting through historical data analysis and market trends.

Sales & Channel Support :

• Assist Sales and Key Account Managers with data-driven insights to support JBP (Joint Business Planning), promotions, and negotiation processes.
• Provide ad hoc analytical support for product launches, in-store activations, and marketing campaigns within the 7-Eleven channel.
• Monitor competitor performance and pricing benchmarks in the CVS space.

Reporting & Communication :

• Deliver weekly/monthly reports and actionable summaries for internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing).
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of sell-in/sell-out data, inventory levels, and promotion ROI analyses.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve data flow processes.

System & Tool Management :

• Work with internal systems (e.g., Power BI, SAP, Salesforce, Nielsen, internal DMS) to automate and streamline reporting tasks.
• Support the integration of third-party data tools and platforms specific to CVS/7-Eleven channel.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, sales operations, or commercial analytics (FMCG, Retail, or CVS experience preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau); SQL is a plus. Familiarity with 7-Eleven portal/reporting tools and CVS retail data structures is a strong advantage Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
