Interior Designer

1.Requirements Gathering & Alignment: Coordinate with relevant departments to gather and summarize requirements for showroom design and renovation projects. 2.Design Concept & Proposal: Create and present showroom design proposals that align with company standards, ensuring a modern and aesthetic appeal. 3.Construction Supervision & Drawing Clarification: Oversee structural/construction work, clarify working drawings, and liaise with contractors and cross-functional teams. 4.Site Inspection & Schedule Management: Conduct site inspections to ensure project delivery within set timelines and verify site accuracy against construction drawings. 5.3D Visualization & Quantity Calculation: Produce 3D perspective renderings, lay out material patterns, and calculate spatial/material quantities for assigned projects. 6.Cross-Departmental Coordination & Documentation: Collaborate with internal departments and manage all design-related documentation. 7.Budget & Prop Management: Control and manage the budget for showroom interior props, styling, and decorative elements.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. At least 2-3 years of experience in in Interior Design, showroom design, retail space design, or exhibition design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop, or other relevant design software. Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts to management and clients. Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Experience in tiles, decorative materials, or related industries is a plus. Willingness to travel for site visits and showroom construction coordination.
