• 5+ years of hands-on experience with one or more of the following languages: Go / Java / C# / Python/Node.js etc.
• Prior experience with Cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and working in microservices distributed environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with Linux
• Startup mentality: high pace, dynamically changing tasks and priorities
• Plans & executes independently as well as acting as a strong team player

• 3+ years of experience as a team leader in a product-oriented R&D organization
• 6+ years of hands-on Python development experience
• Strong background designing and operating distributed systems and microservices in production
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker in production environments
• Solid working knowledge of GCP (or equivalent cloud) — Cloud Run, BigQuery, GCS, IAM
• Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines in a microservices / mono repo environment
• Experience with Airflow or similar orchestration frameworks
• Proven ability to balance hands-on contribution with team leadership at ~50/50

R&D Backend Team Lead

• ? 5+ years of backend engineering experience, building and operating production-grade systems.
• 2+ years of engineering leadership experience, managing and mentoring developers.
• Strong experience in designing scalable, distributed backend systems (microservices, event-driven architecture, etc.).
• Proven ability to work on high-scale, data-intensive systems — with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) and modern backend technologies.
• Strong understanding of system design, data flows, and service architecture (not just pipelines).
• Experience working with complex domains and messy real-world data — advantage.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven systems or enabling infrastructure — advantage

• Experience in Cyber Security - MUST!
• 5+ years of backend experience, including large-scale system design
• Strong architectural thinking and proven experience designing cloud-native, distributed systems
• Deep knowledge in Kubernetes, microservices, and Go
• Experience in high-growth startups or mission-critical infrastructure environments
• Ability to work independently and provide mentorship to engineering teams
• Strategic mindset with attention to detail and quality
• Experience in cloud cost optimization or resource management is a strong advantage
