Senior– Infrastructure (ICT) | Head Office

• Monitor and maintain network, server, and IT infrastructure performance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and IT asset inventory.
• Install, configure, and maintain servers, network devices, and endpoint equipment.
• Support infrastructure security, backup, and disaster recovery activities.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, upgrades, and technical support services.
• Assist in IT infrastructure improvement and digital transformation projects.
• Monitor system availability and respond to incidents in a timely manner.
• Maintain IT documentation, procedures, and configuration records.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. 1–5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Network Administration, or System Support. Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualization technologies. Experience in network management, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Firewall, and VPN. Familiarity with backup systems, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure best practices. Good communication and coordination skills.
