Product Development Executive (R&D) of Phenol Resin

Key responsibilities Product Development: Directs the design and testing of new phenolic resin formulations, which can include both resoles and novolacs. Projects are aligned with market and customer demands in sectors like abrasives, brake pads, composites, and insulation. Team and Project Management: Manages the R&D team, assigns tasks, and oversees the entire R&D project lifecycle, including timelines, budgets, and progress tracking. Conducts performance evaluations and fosters team capability improvement. Innovation and Strategy: Develops and implements the company's R&D strategy for phenolic resins, focusing on innovations like cost-effective synthesis methods, improved thermal stability, and better mechanical properties. Quality Control and Compliance: Ensures that all new and enhanced products comply with industry standards and regulations. This includes conducting tests for durability, safety, and performance, and preparing technical documentation and reports. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works closely with sales, production, and technical service teams to align R&D projects with business objectives and market needs. Incorporates customer and sales feedback into product refinement. Sustainability Initiatives: Leads efforts to develop more environmentally friendly and sustainable resin formulations. This can include creating low-emission, water-based, or bio-based phenolic resins.

Qualifications: Male or Female, age 25-40 Years Bachelor's degree in faculty of forestry, Chemistry or related field Good command in English skills would be an advantage High responsibility and self-motivated. Proactive, Initiative, good analytical, interpersonal & communication skills. The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company.
