SAP Supervisor

• Lead and develop the SAP team to achieve business and project objectives.
• Manage end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
• Coordinate with business users, cross-functional teams, and external SAP consultants.
• Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and successful Go-Live.
• Improve business processes through SAP solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage SAP vendors and implementation partners to ensure project quality and timely delivery.
• Oversee SAP governance, system stability, user support, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP or ERP implementation. At least 3 years of experience leading SAP or IT project teams. Proven experience managing full-cycle SAP implementation projects. Strong knowledge of the SAP project lifecycle and stakeholder management. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Good command of English. Experience in Manufacturing or FMCG industries is highly preferred. Knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, PP, SD, QM, PM, or WM/EWM is an advantage.
